We accept returns on items that are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Items that are personalized, intimate, or for hygiene reasons may not be eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. After this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed.

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted. Once received, your item will be inspected, and we’ll notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, though restocking fees, return shipping costs, or applicable taxes may apply.

Sale or discounted items may be returned, but any refund will be based on the price originally paid. Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles can be arranged through our customer service team, though availability and shipping costs may vary.

Please package the product carefully with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. Mark the RA number clearly on the parcel and use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
